What is FUOYE Top-Up Programs and How Does It Works

FUOYEA

The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) Top-Up Program is a top-up and conversion program that allows Higher National Diploma (HND) holders and university graduates with lower-division degrees such as Third Class or Pass to upgrade their qualifications to a university degree or to a bachelor’s degree.

FUOYE is using this program to improve academic standing and facilitate career advancement. The program is open to graduates from recognized institutions in Nigeria. The FUOYE Top-Up Program allows for the conversion of HND certificates to university degrees and the upgrading of lower-division university degrees.

The program can be used to facilitate career changes, postgraduate studies, and overall career progression. Meanwhile, it's important to note that the program's duration varies by faculty, and lectures are typically held on weekends—Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It's more like a part-time program.

In addition to the targeted audience of the program, working professionals seeking flexible learning options to enhance qualifications are also allowed in the program. The program is offered in affiliation with the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH)Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH), Best Solution Polytechnic (BESTPOTECH), The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti.
